Good Wednesday Morning!

Today, I am showing the January 2017 quilt project from Kathy Tracy's Small Group Challenge for January 2017 sentimentalquilter.blogspot.com.  This sweet quilt is titled "Be My Little Valentine."

The only things I tweeked in this pattern were to use flannel instead of batting and, self binding rather than a separate strip of binding.

Is anyone else working on a Valentine craft?

Oh, by the way, Mr. Sunshine has appeared, albeit briefly, the past few days.  That is a good thing!

Have a blessed day.

  1. Aloha,

What a beautiful quilt. I love flannel.

Thank you so much for posting. I find myself thinking of you each day and wondering what you're doing. No pressure to post more often, but could you post more often? lol.

    I hope you're having a wonderful week.

    1. Hunter- how sweet! Thank you for the kind words. I am hoping to post at least twice a week. Kind of a guideline. So glad you're here.

  2. It's so beautiful. I m going to try flannel in my next doll quilt and also in "Summertime" to make it easier to sew on the many yoyos you made for it.

I m glad the sun has returned!
